1. When will I receive my product after purchase?

All Kreado products are digital downloads. After your payment is confirmed (typically within seconds via PayPal), a download link will be sent to your email automatically. You can also access your downloads from your customer account on kreado.shop.

2. What if I don't receive the download link?

First, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still don't see it after 15 minutes:

  • Make sure the email address you used at checkout is correct.
  • Contact us at the email address listed on the Contact page with your order number.
  • We typically respond within 24 hours and will resend the link manually.

3. What is your refund policy?

Because all our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded. 4. What license do I get with my purchase?

Your purchase grants you a personal use license. You may apply the content to your own learning, projects, and creative endeavors. The intellectual property rights remain with the creator. Please do not redistribute or share the files. For any commercial use questions, contact our team.

5. Can I download the files multiple times?

Yes. Your customer account at kreado.shop keeps a record of all your purchases, and you can re-download files as needed. If you have trouble accessing your account, please contact support.

6. What devices can I open the files on?

Our files are in standard formats (PDF, MP4, ZIP, etc.) that work on any modern computer, tablet, or smartphone. We recommend opening ZIP archives on a desktop computer for best results.

7. Do you ship physical products?

No. Kreado offers digital products only. No shipping, no waiting ??instant download upon payment.

8. Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through PayPal, which also supports direct credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) via PayPal Guest Checkout ??you do not need a PayPal account to pay.

9. What countries do you ship to?

Since all products are digital, we deliver to anywhere PayPal is supported (200+ countries). Currency is automatically converted to your local currency at checkout.

10. Do you offer discounts?
